These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.dotsfreshfood.com (the “Website”) and any order you place with Dots Fresh Food (“Dots”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Our Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dots sells frozen, minced, ready-to-serve meals for dogs. Product descriptions, ingredients and images on the Website are provided for general information. Colour, texture and appearance may vary slightly between batches because our meals are made from natural ingredients. Images are for illustration only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Not Veterinary Advice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Information on the Website, our packaging and our social media channels is general information and is not veterinary advice. Every dog is different. You are responsible for choosing food that suits your dog, including checking the ingredients for any known allergies or sensitivities, introducing new food gradually and deciding on portion sizes. If your dog is a puppy, pregnant, elderly, unwell, on a special diet or under veterinary treatment, please consult your veterinarian before changing their diet. If your dog shows any unusual reaction, stop feeding and consult a veterinarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, the address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect a fake, abusive or fraudulent order. Minimum or maximum order quantities may apply to some products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, unless there is an obvious error. Offers and discounts are valid for a limited time, while stock lasts, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders are paid in cash on delivery. Please have the exact order amount, including any delivery fee, ready when your order arrives. If an order is refused at the door without a valid reason, or delivery repeatedly fails because the customer is unavailable, we may decline future cash-on-delivery orders from that customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We currently deliver within selected areas of Cairo. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or confirmed with you after ordering. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number, and for someone being available to receive the order. If the address is incorrect, incomplete or outside our delivery area, we may contact you to update it, reschedule the delivery or cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Receiving, Storage and Handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our meals are delivered frozen. Please check your order when it arrives and place the meals in the freezer immediately. Responsibility for the products passes to you once the order is delivered. We are not responsible for any loss of quality or safety caused by storage, thawing or handling after delivery. Please follow the storage and thawing instructions on the packaging, and discard any meal that has been left out of the fridge or freezer for an extended period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Because our products are perishable frozen food, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy<\/a>, which forms part of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Reviews and Content You Submit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content to the Website or tag us on social media, you confirm that the content is yours and is truthful, and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, place fake orders, interfere with the Website’s security or operation, or copy, scrape or misuse its content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Dots Fresh Food name, logo, recipes, text, images and all other content on the Website belong to Dots or its licensors. You may not use, copy or distribute them without our prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that all information on it is complete or current. We do not guarantee any particular result from feeding our products, as results vary from dog to dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dots will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, arising from your use of the Website or our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Events Outside Our Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, power or network outages, shortages of ingredients or supplies, traffic or road closures, strikes, epidemics or government actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Website or our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
